Returns & exchanges:
I've received the piece damaged, what do I do?
In the unlikely event of a damaged piece during shipping, please email me a photo of the product within 24 hours of receiving it to arrange a replacement. Otherwise, all sales are final.
If you are unhappy with your order I encourage you to send me an email at paolazakimistudio I will love to resolve any inconvenience you may have.
Custom Orders
When time permits I will take on custom orders. Please feel free to shoot me an email at paolazakimistudio with inquiries.
Wholesale
If you are interested in stocking my products I'd love to hear from you. Note that I can only support small wholesale batches at this time.
Shipping:
Original Art: All my original art, will be shipped from Argentina, Registered mail service will take around 15 to 25 days to arrive, depending on customs in your country. EMS Express Mail Service takes around 10 to 15 days. Please email me if you have any questions regarding shipping prices, otherwise, you will see the final price at the checkout of your order.
PRINTS:
United States:
Shipments from my printing service in North Carolina with tracking service take 4/7 days to get to your home.
Canada:
Shipments from my printing service in North Carolina with tracking service take 5/10 days to get to your home.
European Union:
Shipments from my printing service in Latvia with tracking service take 5/10 days to get to your home.
International non-U.S or European Union residents:
takes 15/20 days to get to your home.
Customs Duties & Other Fees
The buyer is responsible for international customs fees and/or duties.

Copyright is nontransferable, meaning I retain full rights to any images and may make prints of the original artwork, or use digital copies of the original artwork (to show in website galleries, etc.)
When you purchase a painting, you do not purchase the right to reproduce it in any form, copyrights to an image can be discussed if you require to reproduce the painting in some way personal or commercial··
